this place is very unprofessional -employees shirts were not tucked in -no one was wearing hats or hairnets, so all hair was exposed -one girl wearing a red hoodie, had her hood over her head and eating right in front of the customers. -they have cones laying right on front counter -floors look they haven’t been swept or moped in weeks overall the professional look just was not good, hope you guys can make some improvements

10:15pm door was closed and seats were full of teens. Sign said open to 11pm. Guess it was a "special" party for employee's friends only. Drive-thru was open. Told to wait and "I'll help you at my earliest convenience". Teen employees.

While my blizzard tasted good there was evidence of poor training and lack of quality management. -2 orders in front of me were wrong and servers were not compliant in fixes -servers picked up empty flurry cups with their fingers INSIDE - outdoor tables were filthy -2 female servers had big hair that was flipped all over as they were preparing food.

The doors were closed at 10pm. When it stated that dinning room was open till 11pm. Looked like a bunch of teenagers in there and was open only for them. The person threw drive thru was rude to. By telling us our foor will be ready at his convenience.
